We searched for something to eat that was safe from toxins, being an organic food stand, that should have been easy. I explained that I was ravenous, but the only options available were tuna, salmon or chicken salad. We didn’t eat tuna or salmon because of its high mercury content, the third most toxic element on earth, and we were vegetarian, so chicken was off the table, too. This mistake can cause drastic changes in their blood sugar levels, causing very unhealthy glycemic spikes. This can eventually lead to crashes and will not keep them satiated for very long. “It is essential to avoid creating smoothies with only fruits,”
