HIGH QUALITY YET AFFORDABLE HOTEL PHOTOGRAPHY

Hotel, motel and resort photography is a crucial aspect of advertising and marketing.

WHY HOTEL PHOTOGRAPHY IS SO IMPORTANT

Hotel photography is essential for several reasons. First and foremost, good hotel photography can make or break a hotel’s marketing efforts. Good photographs can attract attention and help sell rooms, while poor-quality photos can deter potential guests.

Additionally, hotel photography can help create a distinct image or atmosphere for a hotel. For example, high-quality, professional photos are essential if a hotel aims to appeal to the luxury market. On the other hand, if a hotel is trying to create a more laid-back vibe, then more casual photos may be appropriate.  Pamela will create images that express the unique atmosphere and project the image you want to show.

HOTEL PHOTOGRAPHY BENEFITS

Good hotel photography will make your business look more professional and trustworthy. It can also help you attract more customers and boost your sales. Here are some tips on how to take great photos of your hotel or resort:

1. Our hotel photographer utilizes the highest-quality cameras and lenses available, ensuring that your photos are clear and sharp.

2. Our hotel photography images will display all the various areas of your hotel or resort, including the lobby, guest rooms, pool area, and more.

3. We get plenty of shots of people enjoying themselves at your hotel or resort. This will show potential customers that your business is a fun and inviting place to be. We can arrange models who will sign a model release for the use of your hotel, restaurant and resort images at an additional price if needed, or you can supply the models/people.

4. We utilize creative angles and compositions to enhance the visual appeal of your photos for marketing purposes. We do not take plain, dull images.

5. We edit your photos carefully to perfection.

Hotel and Resort Photography FAQs

( Frequently Asked Questions )

1. What is the best time of day to take photographs of my hotel or resort?

The best time of day to take photographs of your hotel or resort will depend on the location and weather conditions. If you are in an area with good natural lighting, mid-morning or late afternoon may be the best time to take photos. If you are in an area with harsh lighting conditions, you may want to consider taking your photos during the golden or blue hour (the first hour after sunrise or the last hour before sunset). We prefer these times of day, as they create more dynamic images. This is why we stay at your resort while we shoot.

We must wait for the sun to hit the front of your hotel. Without the sun, our pictures are dull.

2. What are some things you do to take great photographs of my hotel or resort?

We find unique perspectives: Unique perspectives can make even the most ordinary subjects look interesting. We shoot from different angles and heights to find the best perspective for your subject. Pamela Goodyer has a gift for creating perfect compositions. She sees things in ways most others don’t. Your portfolio will contain unique, dynamic, eye-catching images.
– We use leading lines: Leading lines are visual elements that lead the eye into the photo. They can be created using features such as roads, walkways, rivers, and other components.
– We incorporate symmetry: Symmetrical compositions are pleasing to the eye and can add balance to make a perfect composition.

-Our hotel photographer will do something not many do. She will photograph the surrounding area of your hotel and feature your hotel in Photography Magazine Extra. You may use these images with her watermark since they could be award-winning and worth thousands of dollars. All hotel images are available with full usage rights, free from watermarks.

3. How long will the process take?

If you’re in New Jersey, you can expect to have your images ready in as little as a week or sooner. Pamela has other commitments in the Monmouth and Ocean County areas that she will work around. She is in the area often and will shoot during sunrise and sunset to capture the most dynamic images for you. If you are out of state, it may take up to two weeks to coordinate around her other work. If you are in a big rush, that can be accommodated, too. If we have to arrange models, it may take up to two weeks to arrange, shoot and deliver your images.

4. Can I use the hotel/resort/restaurant photography image for other things, such as printed materials?

Yes, in our contract, we give you the rights to the pictures for other purposes, including your printed brochures and advertising. However, as we mentioned, artistic photography taken off-site in the surrounding local area can be used, provided credit is given to the photographer.
