The Keyport Ghost Tour is a ghastly good walking tour where you learn about pirates, prohibition, haunted churches and homes. We grabbed our broom and flew to Keyport to learn about the hauntings and explore the paranormal activities around the town.

The Keyport Ghost Tour starts at The Parlour, and you’ll walk along the waterfront promenade. You will encounter evidence of apparitions that still linger between this world and the next.

Keyport is said to have several haunted spots along the tour, including the Keyport Library and Museum. A stop at the Old Glory showed some exciting paranormal activity.

The town is also home to two church buildings believed to be haunted. The first is the former Trinity Church, now a restaurant.

If you’re interested in the ghostly history of Keyport and want to learn more, Jersey Shore Ghost Tours offers seasonal tours. They’ll even help you connect with the beyond. You’ll learn about the town’s spooky past.

Look closely at the images and see the activity we captured.

You will learn about Captain Kidd and the buried treasure and get clues as to where to find remnants still said to be around the area today. We don’t want to give away too many stories you will hear on tour. Some lesser-known stories are discussed since people who take the time also speak of their paranormal experiences. This provides a unique experience of hearing frightening and intriguing stories that are lesser known.

We brought along our paranormal detector, and our not-so-scared assistant (apparently, she is used to apparitions everywhere sporting a big smile) advised that there was an activity in the area. You can see the two lights that light up on the indicator.

You can see our guide has paranormal activity right in front of her! Often times the entities come out and follow those with a good soul.

Stop by the Parlor in downtown Keyport and check out their very cool oddities. Soon they will be announcing many different activities you can sign up for. We know we will be there for some of them!
