The Italian menu is prepared with high-quality ingredients. Almost every ingredient is organic. “We go to great lengths to get organic ingredients. If they are available, we use them.”  In a world where we are bombarded with toxic ingredients in foods that cause disease, we are a big promoter of high-quality organic ingredients and recommend this dining experience.

Call ahead for reservations. Our favorite table was the one in front of the romantic stone fireplace; there is also a great atmosphere in the Cave Room, with stone walls and a rustic, cozy feel. You can also ding at the chef’s table. Two booths overlook the kitchen if you would like a more interactive experience.
